By checking this box, I confirm that I am volunteering for Field Day, that I am a PTA member in good standing, and that I will uphold the expectations of this volunteer role. I understand that these responsibilities include arriving on time, assisting with setup, monitoring and resetting games, rotating between stations as needed, and helping with cleanup. I also understand that while the committee will make a best effort to schedule time for me to be with my child, my volunteer shift will require me to support all students, and I will not be able to spend the entire time with my child.
